Donna Chabria is a Senior Advisor at ThoughtLinks, where she works with companies on some of the questions keeping leaders up at night: How do we build organizations that work well in an AI-driven world? What will it take for people to thrive in the years ahead?
She has held executive leadership roles at Viacom and has also built ventures of her own, giving her a perspective shaped by both large organizations and entrepreneurial settings. Her work focuses on talent strategy, the future of work, and startup operations. She is especially drawn to the connection between technology, human potential, and how people can live and work well.
Donna holds two master’s degrees from Columbia University and Stony Brook University, along with an Executive Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. She is guided by a simple belief: AI should expand what is possible for people, not diminish it.
She is a member of the Lewis Atterbury Stimson Society at Weill Cornell Medicine, the Heritage Society at the University of Miami, the Luminary Society at Liberty Science Center, and The Society of the Four Arts.
